RAW CHOCOLATE BALLS WITH
GOJI AND VANILLA

You'll need:
30 soft dates
1,5 dl cacao
1 dl oats (gluten free if you like)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon goji berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt

Roll them in:
2-3 dl coconut flakes

Convert dl into cups here.

Make sure all the dates are pitted (i use fresh dates so i have to take out the stones myself) and then put all ingrediens in a bowl and mash it all together with your hands. It's so fun! Feel so childish to play with my hands. If you have a child och sibling then this is a perfect thing to do together! Just be gentle with the vanilla extract since it can taste a bit like liquor. 

Roll them in coconut flakes and put them in the freezer 10 minutes so they'll become just a little bit firmer. Then, it's time for fika!
